Strong connection with TRE.85.135.0.C
as C version

TRE.85.135.0.C
The new TRE.85.135.0.C energy chain is a product addition to the existing TRE series. The newly adapted connection principle of the pin/bore connection opens up completely new possibilities in the field of multi-dimensional energy supply. The two-chamber energy chain is identical to the familiar TRE.85.135.0.B version in terms of its inner effective area and outer contours. As a result, this energy chain is 100% compatible with all existing attachments in the triflex® R portfolio in nominal width 85. What is new about the TRE.85.135.0.C energy chain, however, is the fastening principle of the pin/bore connection. This connection principle has been used successfully for years in the triflex® R series 125 size energy chains and the TRE.100.145.0.C energy chain. The advantage of the connection principle is that it absorbs even higher tensile forces and allows easier and faster assembly and disassembly.
Tech up

Tech up

  • Very high tensile force absorption due to the connection of the chain links by means of a pin/bore
Cost down

Cost down

  • Quick assembly and disassembly saves time and therefore money
Proof

Proof

  • The connection principle has been used successfully since 2011 for sizes 100 and 125

The connection principle of the C version

TRE.85.135.0.C

With the triflex R TRE chain, there are three options for connecting the chain links to each other.
The A version is used when no or low tensile forces act on the TRE chain. With the B version, the possible tensile forces can be 4x higher and with the C version even 50% higher compared to the B version.
Until now, the C version was limited to chain sizes 100 and 125, but this will soon change with the TRE.85.135.0.C.

The C version in the 85 size is currently not yet available to order, but the product is already on its way to becoming a stock part.
