triflex® readychain® dress packs

Suitable for robot axes 1 to 6
Here we offer you the complete hose package for your welding robot. 
The cables and hoses have already passed through the readychain department and have a protrusion of 1 metre at each end of the e-chain®.
The e-chain® uses the TRC.85 for axes 3-6 and the TRLF.85 for axes 1-3.

The TRC is completely enclosed and protects the cables and hoses very well against sparks and welding beads.

The TRCF is as robust as the TRC e-chain® and can even be opened using the snap lock.

  • Welding cable (2x35 mm² + 1x25 mm²) incl. Multicontact welding plugs TSB and TSS
  • Control cable (18x0.75 mm² + 5x0.75 mm²) incl. rectangular plug on both sides
  • Welding control cable (5x2x0.5 mm²) incl. rectangular plug on both sides
  • 3x hoses - DN12 red, green, blue - incl. fitting on both sides
