The iglidur® PRT-04 slewing ring with locking mechanism is a slewing ring bearing with an integrated locking function for precise positioning. The locking mechanism engages in 90° increments and enables the rotational movement to be fixed without play.
The design is compact and engineered for robust applications. The slewing ring is part of the modular system of the PRT-04 series and can be combined and adapted accordingly.
The maximum holding force of the locking pin is 700 N. Replaceable sliding elements allow for adjustment and extend the service life.
Operation is dry-running and completely lubricant-free. This eliminates the need for additional maintenance due to lubrication. The slewing ring is available in a total of eight sizes and is suitable for applications in mechanical engineering and automation, such as display adjustments, where precise, repeatable positioning is required.
