Technical Note:
the USB, FireWire and GigE cables listed on this page have been developed and manufactured for the mechanically demanding industrial application in e-chains®. High resistance to oil and lubricants is guaranteed, as is a high degree of protection against electro-magnetic interference. This high mechanical service life was reached with the usage of high quality materials which also ensure electrical security. In some cases communication errors can occur, if very different hardware and software are combined. We therefore recommend that all the components of the overall system are first tested with the cables. We would be happy to advise you on the details of electrical test options.
